Brian D. Kennedy Esq.
 Mr. Kennedy is a proud Colorado native. His undergraduate education was at Colorado State University, with a B.A. in History, 1997. He then went to the University of Colorado School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2001. His honors in law school included Order of the Coif, Phi Alpha Delta, and recipient of William O. DeSouchet award for trial advocacy.
Brian was admitted to the Colorado bar 2001, and the bar of the U.S. District of Colorado 2006. His professional associations include the Colorado Bar Association, Arapahoe County Bar Association, and the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association.
Prior to joining Patterson, Nuss & Seymour, P.C., Brian worked for several years as a Deputy District Attorney, prosecuting persons accused of crime. He also practiced in a small firm, emphasizing criminal defense and civil litigation. Brian joined PNS as an Associate in 2005. His current practice focuses primarily on personal injury litigation, insurance defense litigation and coverage analysis, bad faith insurance defense, and attorney malpractice.
