
Richard Casey, Esq.
Mr. Casey’s practice focuses on civil litigation in the areas of insurance coverage, motor vehicle accidents, and malpractice. Mr. Casey was admitted to practice law in Colorado in 2007. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts in 2001, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Casey graduated from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in May, 2007. Focusing his studies on civil litigation while in law school, Mr. Casey represented indigent clients as a student attorney in the law school’s civil litigation clinic. Mr. Casey was active in Moot Court, participating in several competitions as both a litigator and a judge. Mr. Casey is also interested in international criminal law, and took part in the Summer Institute for Global Justice, an international justice program based in The Hague, Netherlands, in the summer of 2006. While in law school, Mr. Casey took part in an internship as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Angela Arkin in Douglas District Court. Prior to attending law school Mr. Casey was employed as an insurance rater for EMC Insurance in the Denver metro area. Mr. Casey is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.
