David E. Kay
 Born Provo, Utah, February 27, 1978; David E. Kay was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2008. Education - Colorado State University (B.A., Political Science/ Minor in History - 2003); The University of South Dakota School of Law (J.D., 2008); Dean's List Spring 2008; International Employment Specialist, Human Resources Department of The University of South Dakota. Member - Colorado Bar Association; Arapahoe County Bar Association; and Colorado Defense Lawyers Association.
Mr. Kay's practice is focused primarily on insurance defense litigation, including construction defect and personal injury litigation. Past positions include a judicial summer clerkship for the Honorable Timothy M. Tymkovich, The United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.
